Stevie Wonder’s ‘Original Musiquarium I’ is a compilation album by musician Stevie Wonder that was released in 1982 by Tamla Records. It collects eleven Top 40 hit singles and five album tracks, including four previously unreleased tracks, from 1972 to 1982.

The double album covers Wonder’s classic period compiling tracks that appeared on albums including the hugely popular and critically acclaimed Talking Book, Innervisions, and Songs in the Key of Life.

Wonder’s use of synthesizers and further electronic musical instruments during the 1970s helped expand the sound of R&B, and he is also credited as one of the artists who helped drive R&B into the album era, by crafting his LPs as cohesive, consistent statements with complex sounds.

His classic period was notably marked by his funky keyboard style, personal control of production, and use of integrated series of songs to make concept albums.
